Those who oppose exclusion, prejudice and generalisations are often guilty of it themselves. They preach equality but still like to classify people according to their ethnicity, orientation and gender. Certain groups may be discriminated against and offended (men, whites, Christians, Westerners, natives, heterosexuals). They are regarded as the oppressive or privileged group. Other groups, on the other hand, should not be discriminated against (minorities, non-whites, Jews, Muslims, gays, women), as they're the oppressed. It's the logic of the Righteous Minority.
